      Download file(s) for products are immediately available on your confirmation page. The download file(s) always remain available on your member page. You will also receive an email from our Customer Service Department with the download file(s) attached and instructions on how to download your purchase.

      Hard copy products and products on CD-ROM are shipped within 2 days of your order. Hard copy products are shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. CD-ROM products are shipped by United States Postal Service First Class Mail. All international orders are shipped by Air Mail.

    • How Are Your Quantity Discounts Calculated?

      When you purchase more than one (1) product, your order is automatically calculated with a Quantity Discount. Based on the number of products you order, the discounts are:

      2 Products = 10% off 3 Products = 15% off 4 Products = 20% off 5 or more Products = 25% off

      Special combination offers are shown on most promotional pages. These special combination offers are for the product download files only and the quantity discount is already calculated into the price. So the combination offers count as one (1) product.

      As our credit card and refund policy states on our website, download files are considered opened software. Due to distribution agreements with authors, publishers and/or literary agents, we are unable to refund credit card payments for the download files.

      If you purchase a hard copy book and are not completely satisfied, you can return the book for a full refund. Call our Toll Free Number 866-900-7887 and ask our CSR for a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your returned order.

      Products purchased on CD-ROM can be returned for a full refund if the seal is not broken on the CD-ROM case. If the seal is broken, the product is considered opened software and may not be returned for a refund. To return a product purchased on CD-ROM, call our Toll Free Number 866-900-7887 and ask our CSR for a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your returned order.

      All returned products must be in restockable condition. If the product is returned damaged, a restocking charge may apply.

      Our book files are in PDF files, so you use the Adobe Reader to read the files. The Adobe Reader is available regardless of the operating system.

      Mac OS X 10.2 or later operating systems does run the Microsoft Excel program if you are considering a business plan purchase.
