As a rule, orders placed on our website by noon, Central Time, are shipped same day. The cut-off time for next day delivery is also noon, Central Time. Any next day delivery order placed after noon, Central Time will be shipped the following day.

Hard Copy Books
Hard Copy books and CD-ROMs ordered with Hard Copy books are shipped by DHL. The default selection is DHL Ground. Your order should arrive in 2-3 business days from the time the order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email from DHL with the tracking number and the link to the DHL website where you can track your order.

Next Day by 3pm is a shipping option on the check out menu.  If this option is selected on a Friday, the next day for delivery is the following Monday.

DHL can not deliver to a Post Office Box. If an order has a shipping address of a PO Box, the order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. If overnight shipping is selected, the order will be shipped by USPS Express Mail.

CD-ROM
Orders involving CD-ROMs are shipped by DHL.  You will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL when your order is shipped.  If the shipping address is a post office box, then the order will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when your order is shipped.

International
All orders outside of the United States are considered International Orders. The default shipping option is Air Mail. Air Mail delivery varies depending on the location that the order is shipped. Delivery times range from 5 business days (Canada) to 4 weeks for European and Middle Eastern locations.

An option is offered at checkout for International Orders that will be shipped by DHL International and delivery time is 2-3 business days.
